Notice Requirement for Non-Emergency Cancellations

To ensure adequate time for adjusting route schedules, Wave House requires a 24-hour notice for non-emergency cancellations.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours But More Than 2 Hours Notice

A cancellation fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00 USD) will be applied for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice but at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations with 2 Hours or Less Notice

A cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the booked service will be charged for cancellations made with 2 hours or less notice.

Lock-Out Fee

In cases where we are unable to gain access to your service location at the scheduled time (due to locked doors, absence of a responsible party to receive the service provider, etc.), a lock-out fee equivalent to the full cost of the booked service will be charged.

Service Provider Arrival Window

Please be aware that appointments have a one (1) hour window for arrival. This means that Wave House service providers will arrive within one hour of the scheduled time of arrival.
