Our WHC platform allows you to manage your "property" or "visit" below we are going to explain the difference and we will provide an example:

Property: When you manage your "property" details notes, cleaning plan/extras you are managing changes to all visits for that specific property.

Example: If you would like the same alarm code for all your visits, then you want to add this to the "property" 

Visit: When you manage a "visit"  details notes, cleaning plan/extras you are managing changes to that one specific visit for that specific property only.

Example: If you would like the different alarm codes for all your visits, then you want to add this to the specific "visits"
